From the boardroom to the Club: making sure every child has a place to belong
On June 16, 2025, Libby Saylor Wright became President and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA). She arrived with more than 20 years of experience across the corporate, nonprofit and community worlds—all tied together by a commitment to empowering women and helping young people grow.
A leader across sectors
Libby spent more than 13 years at The Coca-Cola Company, leading marketing, strategy and cross-functional teams in shopper marketing, retail sales and innovation. She went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, a national nonprofit that advances women leaders, and later as Chief of Staff and Operations Leader for Microsoft’s $5.5 billion U.S. Retail & Consumer Goods Operating Unit. Colleagues know her for a transparent, inclusive style and a knack for lining up people, vision and execution to get results.
A heart for service
Outside the office, Libby has spent more than two decades volunteering in youth mentorship, education and leadership development. She has led and served with Elite Women of Excellence (EWOE), Jack and Jill of America, Inc., The Posse Foundation, NextUp, and The Links, Incorporated—Azalea City (GA) Chapter. With The Links, she is active in the Hollis R.O.S.E.S. program at Hollis Innovation Academy, which mentors and empowers young girls.
A personal connection
The Boys & Girls Clubs mission runs in Libby’s family. Her husband is an alumnus of the Boys & Girls Club of Binghamton, and their son—now in college—volunteered at the Jesse Draper Club in College Park. Libby firmly believes that every child, whatever their background, deserves a safe place to belong, grow and thrive.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of Connecticut, Libby lives in metro Atlanta with her family and loves sports, reading, cooking and travel.
